What's the lead time from order to delivery?
10–15 working days from order confirmation on most products, faster on stock lines. Your named account manager confirms the delivery slot when the order lands at the factory.
What if there's an issue on delivery?
One phone number, one contact, one problem. Photos of any damage or short-shipment on the pallet and we've got a replacement in production the same day.
