Do I need a trade account?
Yes — we only supply the trade. Setting up an account takes 24–48 hours: we verify your business details and you're on 30-day terms from the first order.
What's the lead time from order to delivery?
10–15 working days from order confirmation on most products, faster on stock lines. Your named account manager confirms the delivery slot when the order lands at the factory.
What if there's an issue on delivery?
One phone number, one contact, one problem. Photos of any damage or short-shipment on the pallet and we've got a replacement in production the same day.
Can you deliver to my customer's site directly?
Yes — delivery paperwork uses your account details, so the homeowner never sees our name. Straight from the manufacturer to their driveway, badged as your supply.
